Refund Policy

At Adisa, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our jewellery. Each piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans, resulting in unique creations. Slight variations in stones are a testament to the individuality of each piece. Rest assured, all our products undergo thorough quality control before they are shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping.
  • Incorrect Product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that the items are returned in their original, unworn condition with the original packaging.

Steps to Make a Return

  • Notification: Please inform us within 3 days of receiving your order. Notify us by emailing at contact@adisastore.com.
  • Photographic Evidence: Before arranging for the return of a damaged or incorrect product, send us a photograph of the item. Our Quality Control (QC) team will then decide if the product is eligible for return.
  • Return Authorization: Once we receive your email and our QC team approves the return, we will arrange for a courier to collect the goods.
  • Replacement or Refund: We will replace the items free of charge if possible or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for the purchase. We will refund the purchase price of the jewellery and the shipping charges. Refunds will be processed only after we receive the returned shipment in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 10-12 business days.

Please note that we are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about within 3 days of receipt of the product.

No Refunds Will Be Issued in the Following Cases:

  • Incorrect Address: If the delivery address provided is incorrect.
  • Package Refusal: If the recipient refuses the package.
  • Sizing Issues: Please review our size guides carefully before making a purchase, as refunds will not be given for sizing issues.
  • Minor Variations: All products are handmade and use natural stones, so minor color and design variations from the photographs on our website are to be expected.
  • Notification Period: The recipient must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods. Beyond this, no request for returns or exchanges will be entertained
  • Made to Order Products: No exchanges or refunds will be issued for made-to-order products.
  • Sale Products: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged in transit or received a wrong product.
